A Three-Day Professional Development Seminar for Teachers
Educators’ Enclave, a three-day professional development seminar was successfully conducted during the academic year 2024–2025 with the objective of empowering teachers through reflective learning, innovative pedagogical practices and professional enrichment. The programme served as a dynamic platform for educators to engage in meaningful dialogue, exchange best practices and enhance their instructional competencies in alignment with contemporary educational demands.
The seminar was thoughtfully designed to address the evolving role of teachers in today’s learner-centric classrooms and to equip them with practical strategies for effective teaching, assessment and classroom management.
